- 600 gr. mango puree
- 250 gr. quark
- 200 gr. cream
- 50 gr. sugar
- A few drops of lime juice
- Mix the quark, cream, sugar, a few drops of lime and beat.
- Carefully fold in the mango puree.
- Add mixture to serving glasses and set aside in the refrigerator a couple of hours. Top with lime peel.
