A recipe full of energy

  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 200 gr. red cabbage
  • 100 gr. nuts
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • A bunch of fresh dill
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 30 ml olive oil


  1. Cook the pasta till al dente and cool.
  2. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and chop the walnuts into pieces.
  3. Slice the garlic and sauté with oil.
  4. Add the cabbage and walnuts and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the pasta and sprinkle with chopped dill on top.
