- 400 gr. macaroni
- 200 gr. red cabbage
- 100 gr. nuts
- 4 cloves garlic
- A bunch of fresh dill
- The juice of one lemon
- 30 ml olive oil
- Cook the pasta till al dente and cool.
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips and chop the walnuts into pieces.
- Slice the garlic and sauté with oil.
- Add the cabbage and walnuts and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and sprinkle with chopped dill on top.
