- 150 gr. Macadamia nuts
- 200 ml Rejuvelac
For the decoration:
- Coconut flakes
- Peeled dried almonds
- Soak nuts for 8 hours and drain.
- Blend together with the Rejuvelac.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with a cloth and let stand for 12 hours at room temperature.
- When serving the resulting yogurt, add the strawberries, raisins, coconut flakes and sliced almonds.
