Ingredients
  • 250 gr cooked lentils
  • 200 gr cooked brown rice
  • Half onion, chopped
  • Chopped parsley
  • Buckwheat flour
Preparation
  1. Mash lentils and rice together until it is a smooth paste, add parsley and onion and mix well.
