- 60 ml. red vermouth
- 15 ml. gin
- A splash of Triple Sec
- A drop of Angostura bitters
- A sprig of mint
- Lemon Twist
Prepare directly in a medium glass filled with ice
- First add a spash of Triple sec and a drop of Angostura bitters
- Then add the vermouth and finally, the gin.
- Add the sprig of mint and lemon twist.
- Stir the cocktail with a spoon.
The perfect cocktail for an aperitif.
