- 5 teaspoons green tea leaves
- Half carton of natural soy drink or soy sugar-free vanilla drink
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar or honey cane
- 1/2 teaspoon of water
- Fresh mint leaves
- Bring the water to the boil, then add tea leaves and simmer for about three minutes. Drain off the water and let cool.
- Pour the tea into a blender with the soymilk and brown sugar.
- Blend well and serve chilled.
- Decorate with chopped mint leaves.
