Ingredients
  • 5 teaspoons green tea leaves
  • Half carton of natural soy drink or soy sugar-free vanilla drink
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or honey cane
  • 1/2 teaspoon of water
  • Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
  1. Bring the water to the boil, then add tea leaves and simmer for about three minutes. Drain off the water and let cool.
  2. Pour the tea into a blender with the soymilk and brown sugar.
  3. Blend well and serve chilled.
  4. Decorate with chopped mint leaves.
