Ingredients
  • 1 handful of eucalyptus candy
  • Different fruits (apple, pear, strawberry, peach, melon …)

For the lavender infusion:

  • 500 ml. water
  • 50 gr. of sugar
  • 5 gr. Lavender
  • 1 sheet of gelatin 2 gr.
  • zest of 1 lime
Preparation
  1. Boil water, sugar and lime zest. When it starts boiling, add the lavender. Cover and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Add the hydrated gelatin sheet, mix, strain and cool.
  2. Prepare a fruit salad with peeled and diced fruit.
  3. Serve the fruit, sprinkle with chopped candy, and when about to serve, serve with the lavender infusion.
