- 1 handful of eucalyptus candy
- Different fruits (apple, pear, strawberry, peach, melon …)
For the lavender infusion:
- 500 ml. water
- 50 gr. of sugar
- 5 gr. Lavender
- 1 sheet of gelatin 2 gr.
- zest of 1 lime
- Boil water, sugar and lime zest. When it starts boiling, add the lavender. Cover and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Add the hydrated gelatin sheet, mix, strain and cool.
- Prepare a fruit salad with peeled and diced fruit.
- Serve the fruit, sprinkle with chopped candy, and when about to serve, serve with the lavender infusion.
