- 1 cup of cooked brown rice
- A bunch of dandelion leaves
- Add some sesame oil to a pan.
- Add rice and stir well, letting it fry slightly.
- Then add sauerkraut to taste ( you can add a little bit more if you like it).
- Add chopped dandelion leaves, rocket or chives and serve.
When we have our intestines tight and lazy it is very convenient to add to the grains some kind of ferment to enhance our intestinal bacteria.
