Ingredients
  • 200 gr. cous-cous
  • 100 gr. cooked black beans
  • 100 gr. cooked pinto beans
  • 1 carrot, cooked and diced
  • 100 gr. cooked white beans
  • 100 gr. sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon sweet curry
  • 300 ml. vegetable stock
Preparation
  1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil, add the cous-cous and simmer over a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Stir in the vegetables, curry and vegetables; mix well and allow to rest for a couple of minutes.
You can cook the beans or buy them already cooked.
