Curry is the mixture of these spices. Grind all the spices into a gold powder. The proportion of each spice will determine the flavor and intensity of the curry. Today there are many excellent curries available in the market.
- In this case I sauteed the the sole with a knob of butter and two chopped garlic shoots in a pan. I added some shrimp and I let it cook briefly, then I added a teaspoon of curry powder and 200ml of cream. I allowed the sauce to thicken and then I added and salt and pepper, adding at the last minute before serving, a pinch of grated coconut and zest of one lime.
