- 150 g macadamia nuts
- 400g winter pears
- 80g agave
- 30g cocoa powder
- Grind up the macadamia nuts in a mixer into large-sized lumps.
- Place nuts in a bowl, add cocoa powder and mix.
- Add the agave and blend until smooth.
- Peel the pears and grate them.
- Place a plate beneath a bottomless mold, add the cocoa mixture and make a biscuit-type base
- Remove the mold and top with grated pears.
