Ingredients
  • 150 g macadamia nuts
  • 400g winter pears  
  • 80g agave
  • 30g cocoa powder
Preparation
  1. Grind up the macadamia nuts in a mixer into large-sized lumps.
  2. Place nuts in a bowl, add cocoa powder and mix.
  3. Add the agave and blend until smooth.
  4. Peel the pears and grate them.

Assembly:

  1. Place a plate beneath a bottomless mold, add the cocoa mixture and make a biscuit-type base
  2. Remove the mold and top with grated pears.
