- 200g butter
- 200g chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg white
- 100g caster sugar
- 50g hazelnuts
- 50g walnuts
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a bain marie and reserve.
- Beat the egg yolks together with sugar. Mix in beaten egg whites and add the melted chocolate, the hazelnuts and walnuts.
- Pour into a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ºC. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Add your favorite nuts. Cut the brownies into small squares and serve with coffee.
