- 4 eggs
- 300 gr. sugar
- 300 gr. flour
- 100 ml. olive oil
- 250 ml. whole milk
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- Beat the eggs and mix with sugar and milk.
- Add oil, sifted flour, cocoa powder and yeast. Beat until you have a spongy cake mix.
- Place sponge mix in a cake tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 º. Use the knife or knitting needle test to check when it’s done.
- Cool and decorate with grated coconut on top.
