An energy snack

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 gr. sugar
  • 300 gr. flour
  • 100 ml. olive oil
  • 250 ml. whole milk
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  1. Beat the eggs and mix with sugar and milk.
  2. Add oil, sifted flour, cocoa powder and yeast. Beat until you have a spongy cake mix.
  3. Place sponge mix in a cake tin.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 º. Use the knife or knitting needle test to check when it’s done.
  5. Cool and decorate with grated coconut on top.
