• 30g butter
  • 200ml beer
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 20 chicken wings
  1. In a frying pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the chicken wings until they begin to brown.
  2. Remove the excess oil and add a knob of butter, honey and the beer, simmer and reduce until the sauce thickens considerably. Add Salt and pepper to the sauce then add the chopped chives and serve.
