Ingredients
  • 4 not too ripe bananas
  • 400 ml. coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ cup water
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and cut into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. You can serve hot, cold or warm.
