750 gr. apple, peeled and diced
80 gr. seedless grapes
The zest and juice of one lemon
1 fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
1 tablespoon salt
600 ml. white wine or cider vinegar
100 ml. water
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer over a low heat for 45 minutes. Add the mixture to sterilized jars and let cool. Store.
- This chutney goes great with pork.
