Ingredients
  • 200 ml. water
  • 2 juice oranges
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 20 gr. jasmine flower
Preparation
  1. Open the vanilla pod and simmer slowly in water with sugar for two minutes. Add the jasmine flowers to the syrup, stir and remove from heat. Allow to cool. Reserve in the refrigerator for at least two hours to cool well.
  2. Peel the citrus fruit, making sure there are no traces of skin, and serve in individual dishes. Bathe with cold soup and decorate with jasmine flowers.
Once you have prepared and chilled the jasmine syrup, you can add the citrus juice and mix for a a refreshing juice.Sweet Oloroso.
