Ingredients
  • 200 gr. egg white
  • 800 gr. watermelon
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 trap
  • 2 loads of gas
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Blackberries

 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon in a blender and strain.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water. Heat a small amount of the watermelon pulp and add diluted gelatin, little by little and mix in well the rest of the watermelon and egg whites.
  3. Fill the siphon with the mixture up to ¾ full, cover and give 2 charges of gas. Refrigerate about 5 hours.
  4. Serve watermelon foam in glasses with some blackberries and vanilla ice cream.
