Ingredients
  • 16 baby squid
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 50ml white wine
Preparation
  1. Clean the squid and keep the skin. Season squid and reserve.
  2. Julienne the onions and peppers, season and saute over a low heat with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  3. When the onion is browned, add the squid and minced garlic, cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot in small dishes.
