- 16 baby squid
- 2 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 green pepper
- 50ml white wine
- Clean the squid and keep the skin. Season squid and reserve.
- Julienne the onions and peppers, season and saute over a low heat with a little olive oil until golden brown.
- When the onion is browned, add the squid and minced garlic, cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve hot in small dishes.
