Ingredients
  • 1 / 2 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 1 / 2 green pepper
  • 1 / 2 garlic
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Olive oil, salt
  • Rice vinegar
  • 1 kg watermelon
Preparation
  1. Peel the tomatoes and chop along with the other ingredients.
  2. Add basil to taste.
  3. Blend and add water if you want a thinner gazpacho.
  4. Dress with oil, salt and few drops of rice vinegar.
