- 1 yucca
- 1 large carrot
- 1 green banana
- 1 small squash
- 2 fresh beetroot
- Curry powder
- Ground cloves
- Vanilla powder
- Black pepper
- Cardamom powder
- Olive Oil
- Peel the vegetable, cut them into very thin slices and fry in plenty of olive oil.
- Drain of the oil and season with the spices as follows:
- Yucca – Curry powder and salt.
- Carrot – -ground cloves and salt.
- Banana – Vanilla powder and salt,
- Squash – Black pepper and salt.
- Beetroot – Cardamom powder and salt
For perfectly cooked vegetables, fry in plenty of oil at a temperature of 150ºC
