Ingredients
  • 250g tuna in oil
  • 50g shelled walnuts
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt
Preparation
  1. Drain and flake the tuna. Set aside
  2. Clean the red and green peppers then slice and dice them.  
  3. In a bowl mix the tuna, finely chopped onion and peppers.  Season, then add the walnuts (chopped in half) and pour over a splash of olive oil.  Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  4. Serve cold
