Ingredients
  • 4 slices baguette type bread
  • ½ chopped chives
  • 75 g of tuna in oil
  • 4 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation
  1. Drain off excess oil from tuna and crumble it up. Mix with chives, capers and mayonnaise.
  2. Chop or grate the boiled egg.
  3. Toast bread, spread each slice with tuna and sprinkle with egg.
  4. Top with an anchovy fillet.
