- Half a watermelon
- 200gr tomatoes
- 1 dash of olive oil

- Blend the seedless watermelon and sliced tomatoes in a liquidizer, adding the olive oil gradually until you have a smooth, even cream.
- Serve. Accompany with some mint leaves. Feel free to combine fruits, jams, ice creams, jellies, etc to prepare all kinds of juices. It’s a great way to get your “five-a-day”, whether served alone or accompanied with fried bread or boiled vegetables, as an appetizer, dessert or a refreshing drink.
You can substitute strawberries for the tomato for a delicious dessert. Add two natural yogurts or two scoops of vanilla ice cream for a milk shake.
