Ingredients
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 40 gr oat cream
  • 100 gr olive oil
  • ½ block of tempeh, steamed during 20 minutes
  • 3  teaspoons mild pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon tamari (optional)
Preparation
  1. Prepare a mayonaisse using garlic, salt, oat cream and oil, blending smoothly.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredientes with a couple of tablespoons of the mayonaisse.
  3. Season with tamari to taste.
