Ingredients
  • 4 tartlets
  • 100 gr. skinless, boneless, unsalted cod,
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ onion
  • Two tablespoons of aioli (garlic mayonnaise)
  • Olive oil
Preparation
  1. Peel the onion and cut into juliennes. Do the same with the pepper. Fry in skillet with olive oil.
  2. When it begins to brown, add the cod and cook, letting it release its juices. Allow this to reduce until you have a smooth, even sauce.
  3. Fill with the tartlets, cover with a little garlic mayonnaise and gratin in the oven. Serve immediately.
