- 4 tartlets
- 100 gr. skinless, boneless, unsalted cod,
- 1 green pepper
- ½ onion
- Two tablespoons of aioli (garlic mayonnaise)
- Olive oil
- Peel the onion and cut into juliennes. Do the same with the pepper. Fry in skillet with olive oil.
- When it begins to brown, add the cod and cook, letting it release its juices. Allow this to reduce until you have a smooth, even sauce.
- Fill with the tartlets, cover with a little garlic mayonnaise and gratin in the oven. Serve immediately.
