- Garlic sprouts
- Red pepper
- Green pepper
- Olive oil
- Cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Cool in ice water and reserve.
- Julienne the peppers, onion and garlic sprouts. Sauté in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When the vegetables start to soften, add the peeled prawns and squid, cut into strips. Add the pasta and fry. Serve hot.
You can use dried pasta though cooking time will be longer, about 20 minutes.
