Ingredients
  • 500 gr. large mussels
  • 1 ginger root
  • 100 ml. rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 sweet red chili pepper
  • 4 drops of soy sauce
Preparation
  1. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, thinly sliced chili pepper and ginger. Reserve.
  2. Steam the mussels in order to open the shells and then add to the marinade. Allow to cool and serve.
Use a few drops of lime juice and a teaspoon of grated coconut to marinate some peeled prawns and add to this tasty appetizer.Young or crianza white wine.
