Ingredients
  • 1 tray of mini red chard
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 1 endive
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 100g peas
  • 1 jar of trout roe
  • Olive oil
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the beans with the peas, mint leaves, endive, chard, salmon strips, squeezed lime juice, dill leaves and a few tablespoons of trout roe.  Garnish with some salad leaves and a splash of olive oil. No need to add vinegar as the lime juice replaces it.
You can prepare this salad with shredded desalted cod or cured ham, duck, ham, etc.; also you can use different types of vegetables.
