- This dish can be made at no cost whatsoever if you happen to live near a mountain that provides you with all the necessary ingredients. But if you are stuck bang in the middle of the big city, this dish may be somewhat more expensive. Here's a sauteed mushroom dish served with asparagus and a good splash of olive oil.
- Clean the mushrooms well, saute and add the asparagus. Finally, sprinkle a few flakes of salt and chive blossoms
- All served on toasted crusty bread or baked loaf … a true gift from nature.
