Ingredients
  • 2 cans of baby eels
  • 250g small mushrooms
  • 200g sea cucumbers
  • Olive oil
  • Caviar or roe
  • Bean sprouts or similar
Preparation
  1. Sprinkle ta flat-top grill with a thin layer of salt. Clean the sea cucumbers and  fry with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters,.Fry them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until golden.
  3. Lightly sauté the baby eels and reserve.
  4. Serve the eels with the sea cucumbers, mushrooms, a splash of olive oil, a teaspoon of roe and bean sprouts.
If you can’t find sea cucumbers, use prawns, squid, clams or your favorite seafood.
