- 2 cans of baby eels
- 250g small mushrooms
- 200g sea cucumbers
- Olive oil
- Caviar or roe
- Bean sprouts or similar
- Sprinkle ta flat-top grill with a thin layer of salt. Clean the sea cucumbers and fry with a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters,.Fry them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until golden.
- Lightly sauté the baby eels and reserve.
- Serve the eels with the sea cucumbers, mushrooms, a splash of olive oil, a teaspoon of roe and bean sprouts.
If you can’t find sea cucumbers, use prawns, squid, clams or your favorite seafood.
