Ingredients
  • 12 sheets of rice paper
  • 400 gr. of chicken
  • 200 gr. plain yogurt
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 gr. soybean sprouts
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 limes
  • 2 fresh green chillies
Preparation
  1. Fry the chicken in the pan or use chicken leftovers. Once cooled, break up into small pieces.
  2. Blanch the carrots and slice into sticks with it. Repeat with raw zucchini and cucumber. Cut the onion and lettuce into juliennes.
  3. Hydrate the sheets of rice paper two at a time in hot water. Leave to rest on a damp dishtowel and place some chicken and vegetables on top. Gently roll them up, starting with the edge that’s closest to you.
  4. Serve with a yogurt, lime and chilli sauce.
