- 2 red apples
- 2 avocados
- 1-2 green onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Cut apples, onions and avocados into crescents of a similar size.
- Intersperse a crescent of apple, avocado and onion. Repeat.
- Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
