Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa, well rinsed
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cabbage, green or red
  • Green beans.
  • ½ cup raisins, soaked
  • Boiled corn

 For the dressing:

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Mustard.
Preparation
  1. Chop the onion, grate carrot and slice cabbage very finely. Blanch green beans. 
  2. Boil quinoa using double the amount of water during 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
  3. Prepare the dressing mixing all ingredients and add it to the salad. 
  4. Serve at room temperature.
