Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tray cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150ml olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Powdered or grated cheese, 100g
Preparation
  1. Cook the potatoes, let cool and cut into 1cm squares.
  2. Make up the skewers by alternating a piece of potato, with cherry tomatoes, red peppers and diced zucchini.
  3. Grill the skewers and serve with a basil sauce: mix a bunch of basil with a half bunch of chives, a pinch of salt and a glass of olive oil in a blender.
Dip the skewers in beaten egg white and coat in powdered cheese before grilling.
