- 1 zucchini
- 2 red peppers
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tray cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch chives
- 150ml olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- Powdered or grated cheese, 100g
- Cook the potatoes, let cool and cut into 1cm squares.
- Make up the skewers by alternating a piece of potato, with cherry tomatoes, red peppers and diced zucchini.
- Grill the skewers and serve with a basil sauce: mix a bunch of basil with a half bunch of chives, a pinch of salt and a glass of olive oil in a blender.
Dip the skewers in beaten egg white and coat in powdered cheese before grilling.
