Ingredients
  • 4 slices baguette type bread
  • 4 pork loin steaks of about 40 gr. each
  • 120 gr. Brie cheese
  • 1 green pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
Preparation
  1. Clean the green pepper, remove seeds and slice into 4 pieces. Fry in oil with a little salt.
  2. Fry the pork fillets in another pan with a few drops of oil. Season.
  3. Place a fillet on a slice of bread, top with a piece of pepper and slice of Brie. Brown for a few seconds in the oven and serve.
