- 2 oranges
- 200 gr. smoked salmon
- 100 gr. macadamia nut
- Olive oil
- 1 bunch of dill
- Red currants
- Cut the orange into thin slices and arrange on serving dishes.
- Accompany with the smoked salmon, finely grated walnuts, dill, a good splash of olive oil, currants and dill leaves.
You can also make this delicious salad with smoked cod, using parsley instead of dill.
