Ingredients
  • 1 kilo red onion sliced
  • 100 gr. balsamic vinegar
  • 80 gr. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
  1. Saute the onion in 2 table spoons of oil on a low heat for 1 hour.
  2. Add the sugar and caramelize it.
  3. Add the vinegar and salt, raise the heat and cook for 5 minutes more.
