  • 10 fresh chilis
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 30ml fish sauce
  • 10 ml rice vinegar
  • 20ml water

 

Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients well.

 

You can keep the sauce in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
