  • 200 gr. noodles with squid ink
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 gr. of broad beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cayenne powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  1. Boil the noodles and set aside.
  2. Roast red pepper and slice the garlic cloves.
  3. In a frying pan, saute the beans and garlic with 4 tablespoons of oil. Season.
  4. Serve noodles, top with some beans, garnish with peeled roasted and sliced pepper and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne powder.
