- 200 gr. noodles with squid ink
- 1 red pepper
- 200 gr. of broad beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Cayenne powder
- Black pepper
- Boil the noodles and set aside.
- Roast red pepper and slice the garlic cloves.
- In a frying pan, saute the beans and garlic with 4 tablespoons of oil. Season.
- Serve noodles, top with some beans, garnish with peeled roasted and sliced pepper and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne powder.
