- 1 kg. fat mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Herbs (chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary, etc. ..)
- Salt and pepper
- 30 ml. white wine
- Saute the mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked completely.
- Add the minced garlic cloves, 2 minutes before the mushrooms are done. 30 seconds before they are done, pour in the wine and allow it to evaporate.
- Season and serve the mushrooms with their juices and a handful of chopped herbs.
