Ingredients
  • 1 kg. fat mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Herbs (chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary, etc. ..)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 ml. white wine
Preparation
  1. Saute the mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked completely.
  2. Add the minced garlic cloves, 2 minutes before the mushrooms are done. 30 seconds before they are done, pour in the wine and allow it to evaporate.
  3. Season and serve the mushrooms with their juices and a handful of chopped herbs.
