Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 morcilla sausage
200 gr. Cabrales cheese
1 red pepper

Preparation
  1. Wash peppers, roast in the oven, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
  2. Allow the sausage to crumble up in a frying pan with a little olive oil . When browned, remove from heat and reserve.
  3. In the same oil, lightly melt the cheese over low heat. Mix with the sausage and spead over the slices of toast.
