- 500g monkfish
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
- 1 splash olive oil
- 1 sprig lemon thyme
- Lightly cook the carrots and reserve.
- Dice the monkfish. Make up the skewer with a tomato, piece of fish, zucchini, onion, carrot and so on.
- You can use a wooden skewer or a lemon verbena sprig. Sear the skewers in a pan with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Served with a dash of lemon thyme.
