Ingredients
  • 500g monkfish
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 splash olive oil
  • 1 sprig lemon thyme
Preparation
  1. Lightly cook the carrots and reserve.
  2. Dice the monkfish. Make up the skewer with a tomato, piece of fish, zucchini, onion, carrot and so on.
  3. You can use a wooden skewer or a lemon verbena sprig. Sear the skewers in a pan with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Served with a dash of lemon thyme.
