Ingredients
  • 500 gr. anchovies
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. seasonal mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Peppercorns
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • Laurel
Preparation
  1. Gently saute the julienned vegetables with mushrooms, peppecorns, bay leaf and a generous splash of olive oil.
  2. Once the oil begins to warm and the vegetables are slightly softened, add the whole anchovies, and a good splash of cider vinegar. Remove from the heat and let cool.
You can add herbs to the marinade to flavor the dish.
