- 4 lemons, very clean
- 250 gr. salt
- 1/2 liter of olive oil
- Cut the lemons into quarters without peeling. Place in a jar up to the brim.
- Pour in the salt and cover with olive oil. Seal the jar.
- Store in refrigerator for 5 weeks before eating. (Put a label on the bottle with your own “best before date”.)
