- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- 1 lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 slices of cheese
- 2-3 slices of ham
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, making fouromelettes in total of three eggs each. They should be round in shape, so flip with a plate, as if you were making a potato omelette.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and chopped lettuce evenly over an omelette.
- Cover with another omelette and spread with the rest of the mayonnaise and sliced tomatoes.
- Top with another tortilla and add the ham and cheese; then cover with the last omelette. Slice and serve.
You can fill this omelette with vegetables such as zucchini, grated carrot, etc.
