- 1 tray of lambs lettuce
- 100gr smoked cod
- 1 orange
- 50gr hazelnuts
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 spurt of sunflower oil
- Half a vanilla pod
- Cut the cod into thin square slices. Peal the orange and divide into segments. Remove the thin layer of skin left on the orange. Discard any pips
- Assemble the salad a bit like a lasana, alternate slices of cod with lambs lettuce and orange.
- Prepare a vinagreta to accompany the salad. Mix a spurt of oil with the vanilla pod, a spoon of honey and the hazelnuts lightly crushed. Serve with the salad.
