Ingredients
  • 1 tray of lambs lettuce
  • 100gr smoked cod
  • 1 orange
  • 50gr hazelnuts
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 spurt of sunflower oil
  • Half a vanilla pod

 

Preparation
  1. Cut the cod into thin square slices. Peal the orange and divide into segments. Remove the thin layer of skin left on the orange. Discard any pips
  2. Assemble the salad a bit like a lasana, alternate slices of cod with lambs lettuce and orange.
  3. Prepare a vinagreta to accompany the salad. Mix a spurt of oil with the vanilla pod, a spoon of honey and the hazelnuts lightly crushed. Serve with the salad.
You can serve in small portions as a mini starter
