- 2 strips of kombu seaweed, cut in the size of a stamp
- Lemon drops
- Black peper in powder or wasabi.
- Add oil in a pan.
- When it gets very hot add kombu pieces and fry them until they have a golden colour.
- Season with some lemon and pepper or wasabi.
A moderate intake of seaweed helps us balance the level of minerals in the body. Seaweeds are better digested when fried, sautéed, or cooked in soups or stews.
