- 4 slices of bread
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 4 peeled and cooked shrimp
- 4 slices of Iberian ham
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Cut the boiled eggs in half. Grate one of the eggs and set aside.
- Toast the bread and top with a slice of ham, then a slice of salmon, half an egg, a dash of mayonnaise and a shrimp tail.
- Secure with a toothpick and sprinkle with grated egg.
