Ingredients
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 peeled and cooked shrimp
  • 4 slices of Iberian ham
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation
  1. Cut the boiled eggs in half. Grate one of the eggs and set aside.
  2. Toast the bread and top with a slice of ham, then a slice of salmon, half an egg, a dash of mayonnaise and a shrimp tail.
  3. Secure with a toothpick and sprinkle with grated egg.
