Ingredients
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of Iberian ham
  • 4 quail eggs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
Preparation
  1. Grate the tomatoes. Season and add a splash of olive oil. Reserve.
  2. Fry quail eggs in hot oil until they turn clear and golden around the edges.
  3. Toast bread and spread with tomato. Top with a slice of ham and a quail egg.
